Friday Friends? Sah-weet!
Thanks for re-Friending me on Facebook. Is that a word now? I think it might be a new word in the Urban Dictionary now. Anyway… I couldn’t get anyone at the Facebook store to respond to my pleas for help and nothing on the Help Desk actually was of any help at all. So I just took matters into my own hand and created a new page.
The bad news? My original Facebook page? At first I just thought it was BROKE… but now I think it may be one of many people’s pages they are using to try out some new stuff on (y’all).
It has a place on the side now called Ticker. There’s no longer a “Top Stories” or “Recent News” choice in the top right. When it first started over a week ago most of the posts it was showing me was about 24 hours old. There have been changes over the past week. Here’s a screen shot of how it looks this morning.
I really wish they’d quit screwing with it. Didn’t anyone ever tell them you can’t teach an old broad new tricks?

Pass the Junior Mints please! I always hate it for a day or so when they mess with FB. Oh well, it’s their product and they can do with it what they want. I’m glad you re-friended me. I need my buddy fix….

And they have been messing with my Facebook page too – so much that it is still broken!
I’m just not into facebook. It does absolutely nothing for me. Perhaps I just don’t get it, but it seems such a waste of time. Like Entrecard only different.
I love the picture of Whitey. I think I’ll take that for a Awww…Mondays post. Yep, I’m going to do that.

I pop in and out briefly a few times a day. Yes, too many changes are annoying.

I suppose they see some need to constantly be making changes to try to make improvements but I always figured that if something works, why fix it? Nice to see you on a new page but what a shame that you had to go that route to begin with!
